Hey folks!

BOMBRA is my latest game which I made for the 2024 Pirate Software game jam.

I wanted to wait until the judging for the gamejam was done, but I just couldn't contain myself any longer.

It was a ton of fun putting this thing together over two weeks.

My time is quite limited with a full-time job and family responsibilities so I've been getting a couple of hours in early each morning and here and there in the evenings to work on this thing.

The theme is Shadow and Alchemy and you'll see quite quickly my literal interpretation of this theme.

You play as Tobias the alchemist who must stop a giant Shadow monster from destroying his tower! You collect ingredients and then craft potions, poisons and bombs to battle the boss. Some roguelite mechanics means defeat is only the beginning as you grow stronger over several attempts to overcome your foe.
